1. Introduction

Welcome to tk365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk365 ("tk365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tk365 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the tk365 Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the tk365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the tk365 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, denominated in BDT or INR as selected by the player.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account as part of a tk365 promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency accepted on the Platform, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "INR" means Indian Rupee, the secondary currency accepted on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to player accounts.
• "Platform" means the tk365 website, mobile web application, and all associated services and features.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning set out in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "We / Us / tk365" refers to the operator of the tk365 Platform.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the tk365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk365 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of tk365 or any of its associated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the tk365 Platform for any reason.

tk365 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion if it determines that a player does not meet these eligibility requirements, or if providing continued access would be contrary to applicable law or platform policy.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the tk365 Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If tk365 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same player, all accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep your account details up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and payment method details. tk365 relies on this information to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. tk365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tk365 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable time frame may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account.

5. Deposits & Payments

tk365 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits in INR may be accepted via designated payment channels as displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• tk365 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk365 accepts no liability.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may trigger an Account review.
• tk365 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the source payment method if it suspects fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity.
• Deposited funds are held in your Account balance and are available for wagering immediately, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

In the event of a failed deposit transaction, funds not credited to your Account within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment should be reported to tk365 support via live chat or WhatsApp. tk365 will investigate and resolve valid deposit disputes within 3 business days.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Accounts with incomplete KYC may not withdraw funds until verification documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional security checks are required.
• tk365 reserves the right to impose a 48-hour review period on withdrawals that trigger our anti-fraud detection systems.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• tk365 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Where a payment provider fee applies, it will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

tk365 offers various bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page, which supplement these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days of a bonus being credited to the Account. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on restricted games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• tk365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be removed without notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

tk365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, wagering on opposite outcomes to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements, using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Accounts found guilty of bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the tk365 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except as required by specific event void rules.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account Balance.
• tk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned and the player notified.
• Maximum single-bet and cumulative payout limits apply and are disclosed within the sportsbook interface. Bets exceeding these limits may be partially accepted or rejected at tk365's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are time-sensitive. tk365 will not be responsible for delays in bet confirmation caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series matches is subject to the specific cricket betting rules available in the sportsbook help section.

9. Casino Games

tk365 offers a range of casino games including live dealer tables, video slots, table games, and crash games, provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino game activity:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted in controlled studio environments.
• Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by tk365 or any player action outside the game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. Players must wager within these limits.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game round will be completed according to its standard rules. tk365 is not responsible for bets lost due to connectivity issues outside its control.
• tk365 does not permit the use of external software, scripts, or tools to assist with casino game play. Any automated play detected will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Game results recorded by tk365's system are the authoritative record. In the event of any discrepancy between a player's device display and tk365's server records, the server records shall prevail.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk365 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances where funds are found to be connected to prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any point during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors must be reported to support immediately and may be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting using non-public information.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting arbitrage betting through the systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk365 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases, or software without authorisation.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

tk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any platform policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from tk365.
• Detection of suspected Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or money laundering activity.
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

In the event of Account closure for a breach of these Terms, tk365 may retain any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, may freeze the Account Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Real-money balances not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method following conclusion of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may contact support at [email protected]. Voluntary closures will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk365 Platform — including but not limited to the tk365 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, software, game interfaces (where provided by tk365), and promotional material — is the intellectual property of tk365 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tk365.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

13. Privacy & Data

tk365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk365 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and sending promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

tk365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and fraud detection services where necessary to operate the Platform. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

14. Responsible Gaming

tk365 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We take our duty of care to players seriously and have implemented the following responsible gaming features on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to existing limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications display your session duration and net gaming balance to keep you informed of your activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 week and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked, and the player will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests must be made by contacting support directly.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to permanently close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may contact support at any time. Permanent closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk365 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity resulting from interruptions in Platform availability.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside tk365's reasonable control.
• Any actions taken by tk365 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, Prohibited Conduct, or regulatory requirements.
• Errors in game results caused by software malfunctions of third-party game providers, provided tk365 takes reasonable steps to remedy such errors once identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits tk365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. tk365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or emergency technical issues. Players will be notified of scheduled maintenance periods in advance where reasonably practicable.

16. Amendments to These Terms

tk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tk365 will notify registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure by contacting support.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk365 operates its Platform to serve players in Bangladesh and South Asia in compliance with applicable legal requirements in those jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between a player and tk365, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting tk365 support. Support requests relating to disputes should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a clear description of the issue, the amount in question, and any supporting evidence.

tk365 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of final resolution.

Players located in Bangladesh agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or their use of the Platform will be conducted in English.
